Set within a glass and steel atrium recalling the train stations that once lined tracks opposite the hotel, the dining room is affectionately named The Library, in honor of the Chicago Public Library, where a portion of the hotel’s private dining proceeds are donated.
Executive Chef Christian Ragano, creator of Glencoe’s much-loved Guildhall, oversees a menu of seasonally inspired cuisine, alongside “Spirit Guide” Nandini Khaund’s large format punches and world-renowned cocktail innovations.
