Field Trip: Screen Printing at All Star Press (11/16)

On Saturday 11/16, take a Field Trip with us to All Star Press. See live screen printing in action; learn about the creative and technical aspects of the process and how they relate to Warhol; and finally, try your hand at printing a Pop Art poster designed just for this class (a $45 value) that you’ll take home with you.

DOUBLE FEATURE SCREENING: WARHOL FILMS (11/21)

Catch a rare glimpse into Warhol’s film legacy and join us in Madison Ballroom for a screening of Poor Little Rich Girl and Camp on 16mm film. Though most known for his screen prints and paintings, film was an integral part of Warhol’s practice, many of which live on as avant-garde classics.

Throughout his career, Andy Warhol crafted clever album covers for some 60 records over the span of 40 years. To honor this sought-after skill, and with one of his original portraits hanging in above the fireplace, Cindy’s will offer a rotating cocktail inspired by a different Warhol album cover each month of the Andy Warhol: From A to B and Back Again exhibit. First up is “The Story of Moondog,” available throughout the month of November.
