Hit 0 the minute you wake up without getting out from under your Sferra linens to start the day with in-room dining. There’s plenty of grab & go options like Overnight Oats with flax seed, local jam and pistachios, or go decadent with Buttermilk Pancakes with whipped creme fraiche and smoked maple syrup. If you’re heading out to explore or for an early morning lakeside jog, stop by Fairgrounds Coffee and Tea for a cold brew or kombucha.

- LUNCHING AND BRUNCHING -
Now open seven days a week, stop by our rooftop jewel Cindy’s for a delicious lunch with a side of views. (Yes, we expect the obligatory cocktail shot in front of the Chicago skyline from our open-air terrace.)
Cindy’s is the prom queen of CAA (read: she’s popular) but day-dining Mondays through Fridays always offers a better shot of scoring a lakeside table. Or, if you prefer a moodier vibe, our new Drawing Room brunch comes with a relaxed atmosphere served around three roaring fires.

When that late afternoon slump hits, find your way to the Game Room, our original billiard room that’s now home to bocce ball, shuffleboard, chess, checkers and, of course, billiards. Order up a Frozen Raddler with Short’s Lager and topped with frozen Malort, grapefruit, pomegranate and lemon.

When day transitions to night, make your way to Land & Sea Dept’s James Beard award-winning Cherry Circle Room. Tucked in the back corner of the hotel, CCR is a reinvention of the iconic restaurant of the same name that served the Chicago Athletic Association and its members for generations. Swank wood panels and a clubby windowless vibe provide the perfect backdrop for throwback cocktails and tableside dishes.

A LIQUID DINNER
If you prefer to drink your dinner (again, no judgment) then discover our hidden eight-seat microbar, the Milk Room. Once a speakeasy used by members during Prohibition, today’s iteration features spirit-forward cocktails utilizing extremely rare, vintage spirits and hard to find ingredients.

- TIME FOR A NIGHTCAP -
You can’t leave our dining mecca without experiencing the burger delight that is Shake Shack, but this time surrounded by stained glass, soaring ceilings and marble staircases in our historic lobby. Of course, you can always order Shake Shack to your room through in-room dining (the only hotel where you can, in fact) and pair it with a bottle of our private label wine with our friends at Eola Hills Winery.
