U.S. Pizza Museum Launches in Chicago

A museum dedicated to pizza hits Chicago

During the first weekend in April, the city held the first-ever Chicago Pizza Summit. The April 3 event, held at Chop Shop, featured pizza from 12 local spots including Flo & Santos, Gino’s East, Home Run Inn and Dante’s Pizzeria. It also premiered a pop-up of the United States Pizza Museum featuring pizza art, books magnets, menus, postcards and many more items all-things pizza.

Chop Shop opened up the museum to the public all day on April 4, with possible plans to extend the pop-up longer. In case you didn’t get a chance to check it out, scroll through the photos above and try not to drool on your keyboard thinking about all that tasty pizza.
