Stamp Your Passport for Pilot Light

Logan Square pub crawl benefits Chicago students

What’s better than a little day drinking? Day drinking (and eating!) for a good cause. On April 16, 10 hot Logan Square bars and restaurants will team up to host Passport to Pilot Light to benefit Pilot Light, a Chicago organization that empowers kids to look at food in a new way and understand how eating better and knowing how what they eat can have an impact on their well being.

The crawl runs from noon to 10 p.m. and while participants can join at any point at any venue, they need to first check in at Lula Café and get their passport. Each venue, which includes Lula Café, Yusho, Billy Sunday, Scofflaw, Sink | Swim, Fat Rice and Parson’s, will have food and drink specials. With each special you purchase, you’ll get a stamp. Turn your passport in at the end of your journey at either Yusho or Billy Sunday to redeem prizes (i.e. five stamps earns you a Pilot Light koozie; 10 stamps gets you 50 percent off a ticket to the Pilot Light gala in October). You can sign up in advance here and remember, it’s for the kids.
