OCTOBER 2017 – Sometimes it’s hard to know what we’re doing tomorrow let alone six months from now, but with the 2018 Broadway in Chicago schedule just released, theater fans can rejoice over a great lineup of shows and start planning their excursions to Chicago.

Broadway in Chicago’s new season kicks off March 13 with the pre-Broadway premiere of Pretty Woman: The Musical. That runs through April 15 at the Oriental Theater. Other shows to get excited about include the return of On Your Feet, the story about Emilio and Gloria Estefan (March 21-April 8 at Cadillac Palace); Dirty Dancing (May 29 to June 3 at Cadillac Palace); The Cher Show, a brand new musical highlighting Cher’s six-decade career (!!!) in its pre-Broadway run from June 12 to July 15 at the Oriental — and it’s being produced by Hamilton producer Jeffrey Seller; Waitress (July 3 to 22 at Cadillac Palace); The Color Purple (July 17-29 at Auditorium Theatre and more. Tickets go on sale to the general public Oct. 18 and more information and the full lineup of shows can be found at the Broadway in Chicago website.
