In Ode To Mom

Celebrate Mother's Day this year with high tea, good conversation, and mimosas (of course)

MAY 2019 — Under our roof, we believe that the strong women who we call “mom” should be celebrated every day. And this Mother’s Day weekend, we’ve got a few things planned to honor all the mother figures out there, whether it’s their first motherhood go-round, or they’ve seen a thing or two in motherhood. Come see us, and come celebrate the mother figures in your life.

Transitioning to Parenthood: Identity, Emotions & Physical Recovery from Birth
Saturday, May 11, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
In celebration of Mother’s Day, we’re honored to join forces with the women behind Chicago-based wellbeing company, Nyssa for a live podcast recording with special guest experts, focusing on the realities—both seen and unseen—that new parents navigate as they enter new social and family dynamics. The conversation will be followed by a Q&A and a short set by local musician Angela James, whose new album, Quiet Night, was written during her experience of postpartum depression.
