Happy 2nd Anniversary to Us!

It's the Chicago Athletic Association hotel's two-year anniversary!

May 27, 2017 – My my my how time flies! It’s so hard to believe that after so much work, so many renovations and restorations that the Chicago Athletic Association hotel revealed itself to the world two years ago. Two years! How has it already been two years? It’s crazy to think what it took to get us to open our doors, but so much has happened in the time since.

“Since opening the doors of 12 S. Michigan Ave. on May 27, 2015 to the public Chicago community for the first time since the building’s completion in 1893, the Chicago Athletic Association hotel family has been truly humbled by the warm, Chicago hospitality with which we’ve been received. To us, celebrating our two year anniversary means honoring the hotel as a local champion of inclusivity, a place where everyone belongs and the spirit of play never wanes. After two years, the games have only just begun at the Chicago Athletic Association hotel.”
– General Manager Patrick Hatton
