Green City Market BBQ

What beats eating top chefs' food in the park?

If Chicago had a foodie event that you didn’t want to pass up this summer, the annual Green City Market Chef BBQ would be it. On Thursday, July 21, guests will get to sample bites from more than 100 restaurants including Big Jones, Gather, GreenRiver, Girl & The Goat, Found, Lula Cafe, Monteverde, North Pond, Sepia, The Betty, The Bristol, Acanto and Pub Royale. You’ll also get to sample sips from a number of breweries, distilleries, and wineries, many local. The event benefits Green City Market, one of the best, most frequented farmers markets in the country. Tickets are still available and you can pick up VIP ($250) and general admission ($125); kids under 12 can get in for $25.
