Salero’s exec chef Ashlee Aubin (Wood, Alinea) will gather Matt Kearny (Longman & Eagle), Chris Pandel (Balena, Bristol), Mike Sheerin (Embeya), Paul Virant (Perennial Virant, Vie) and Dana Cree (1871 Dairy, Blackbird) for one night, on November 4th. Each chef will prepare a course that will also get paired with wine by Salero’s wine director Christopher Fisher. Some menu items to start drooling over include lobster marmitako, paleo patatas bravas con albondingas and autumn tres leches cake.
