HBFC co-owners Josh Kulp and Christine Cikowski partnered up with master sommelier Alpana Singh (Boarding House, Seven Lions) and recruited a slam-dunk crew of chefs like Matthias Merges (Yusho, A10), Jason Hammel (Lula Café), Perry Hendrix (Avec) and John Manion (La Sirena Clandestina, El Che Bar) to each craft delicious fried chicken. Singh will curate the bubbly, you’ll eat and drink to your heart’s content and the kids who get helped through Pilot Light, a program that teaches kids common-core lessons on food basics, win!
