Fill a Glass and Cause a Riot

Wine Riot coming to Union Station

Causing a riot generally doesn’t result in great things, but when the riot involves wine and happy people getting happier, who is to complain? Get tickets for Wine Riot and find out what the fuss is all about. Taking place October 16th and 17th in the Great Hall at Union Station, Wine Riot brings together 250 wines that you get to taste through over the course of a few hours.

You can simply walk around, continue to fill your glass and taste a lot of great wine. Or you can take things to the next level by taking advantage of some of the special events at Wine Riot. Get a 20-minute crash course in German Riesling. Discover new wineries and wine regions from around the world. Learn the difference between Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, Cremant and more. And also get the lowdown on various wine terms and leave feeling like a true oenophile.

You can track all your favorite sippers on the Wine Riot app so you can have a reference when you wake up the following day (or the day after that) from your wine haze. That way, you can simply tap some buttons, go to the store and know what you want to buy to start your own riot at home. And remember, it’s OK to spit out the wine – after all, you have a lot to drink. Don’t get wasted and sloppy in the first 30 minutes.
