So much was going on in Chicago before the last turn of the century. The World’s Fair brought millions from around the country — and world — to see unrivaled innovations. The Chicago Athletic Association opened that year and numerous iconic skyscrapers were rising. Innovation was around every corner and Chicago was bustling.
