Alongside your favorite Cherry Circle Room dishes – “Surf N’ Turf” Eggs Benedict, Scotch Eggs, and more – Cherry Circle Room will feature some specials from Chef Pete Coenen, an Easter Sunday pastry cart, offering a selection of pastry chef Kristine Antonian’s cakes, tarts, muffins, cookies, and croissants, and finally a champagne cocktail from beverage director Paul McGee to toast the occasion.
